IFTP Mission Statement The International Foundation for the Tutoring Profession (IFTP) will work in a trusted partnership with the ATP and other academic support agencies to empower those with knowledge about tutoring and tutor training and tutoring programs to share their experiences in collaborative venues. The essential activity of the IFTP is the interaction of tutors and students in educational experiences characterized by critical thinking and articulate expression with specific attention given to goals and values.
The IFTP is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit corporation.
